Ambulance Station - Concreting Flag Pole and Side Entrance.

Cemetery - Makeover of the Metal Fencing and Columbarium.

Children's Playground (Near the Library) - With the help of the Lioness Club 2009. Costing $34,000.00

Clinic Bus - The Management of the bus to take people to Medical Appointments,   Tuesdays : Raymond Terrace & Maitland. Thursdays : Raymond Terrace & Newcastle.

Croquet Greens - Installing Watering System and Leveling the Greens.

Jimmy's Beach - Picnic Area Fitted out with Tables & Chairs.

Trees - Planting of 75 Blackbutt Gums for the Koala's Corridor between the Caravan Park and the Myall Park with a Watering System.

Men's Shed - Initial input by 4 Lions members to start up shed. Lions Donated $10,000.00.

Tea Gardens School - Working Bee clearing area and building brick Bar-B-Q.

Lions Lookout - 3 Major Upgrades and continuing maintenance.

Rural Fire Services - Pindimar Bush fire Building 300 Member Hours to assist in the Building of it.

Community Transport - Shed has had 3 Major moves 1. Church 2. Hammonds 3. Police area.

Building Tea Gardens Swimming Pool - Conducted Huge Raffle (Boat & Trailer) Raising $15,800.00 in 1975.

Scout Hall Hawks Nest - Huge working bee erecting, and Flooring costs at the time $4000.00.

National Parks - Clearing track to top of Yacaaba Headland.

Peter Sinclair Gardens - Initial clearing and implementing Water System

Australia Clean Up Day - Clean up Day has been going for 25 Years

Mungo Track - Instigating and clearing Track and building Boardwalk over Wetlands at Mungobrush.

Clearing Town Entrance - of bush and giving visibility of Road, Prior to Highway Upgrade 40m x 400 m. After fatal Road Accident.
